Highland (Cape Cod) Light 3D 5/8
Cape Cod Light, also known as Highland Light, was established in 1798. It was considered the most important light by ship captains sailing from Europe. Once they spotted the Highland Light they knew they were home and would reach Boston the next day. The present structure was built in 1857 and is one of the Capes most famous lights. The light shines 183 feet above the ocean and can be seen for 20 miles. It flashes a white light every five seconds. Also available with diamond light (.01 ct diamond).
